These terms apply when you use orvandia.com or buy something from it. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who can order

You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order. You need a valid shipping address in the United States or Puerto Rico, and a payment method you are authorized to use.

Prices and payment

All prices are in United States dollars. We can change a price at any time, but never after you have placed an order. What you saw at checkout is what you pay.

Payment is taken at the time you order. If your payment is declined or reversed, we cancel the order and tell you by email.

We do not currently collect sales tax, because we fall under the economic nexus threshold in every state. If that changes, the tax will appear at checkout before you pay, never after.

Orders we can decline

We may cancel and refund an order if the item turns out to be unavailable, if a price was listed wrong through an obvious error, if we cannot verify the shipping address, or if the order shows signs of fraud. If we do, you get your money back in full and an email explaining why.

Product descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including what it does not do. Colors can look different between your screen and the object. Measurements are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your animal has a medical condition, ask your vet before changing how it eats, drinks or is groomed.

Shipping and returns

Covered in full on the shipping page and the returns page. Both are part of these terms.

Your use of this site

Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it wholesale, resell our product copy or images, or use the store to commit fraud. We can block access if you do.

Our content

The text, layout, product photography and code on this site belong to Orvandia. You are welcome to link to any page. You are not welcome to copy the content onto another store.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering what you bought, in working order, and for refunding you when we fail. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under United States consumer protection law.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first. Almost everything is solved that way within a day. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
